The remoteness of the meeting site, with all its advantages, also presents many logistical problems in terms of transportation, thus....

 

We kindly ask that all participants try to coordinate their travel plans so that they attend the entire meeting – ideally arriving in Hamburg before 12:00 noon on Saturday the 16th of June and departure from Hamburg in the late morning or early afternoon on Wednesday the 20nd.

 

Please arrange your own train or plane travel plans to Hamburg, but let us know on the registration form WHEN, HOW, and WHERE you will be arriving, so that we can organize your onward travel to Undeloh (see Arrivals) and on to Wilsede (see Horse carriages and Bikes). It is important that we are informed of any changes in travel plans (Contacts on registration page).

 

One can generally save on airplane fares by booking in advance – and we ask you to keep your travel expenses as low as possible by booking APEX economy round trip tickets. In addition to travel expenses, we will take care of lodging and meals in Wilsede for all speakers, chairs, and stipend holders (see Accommodations & Meals).
